Little Boots: New audio play release date announced

We are pleased to announce that the first part of “Little Boots”, our new audio play made in collaboration with Blood, Sweat and Tea Productions will be released on March 1st 2021. The remainder of the series will be aired throughout March, with four parts in total. It has been a great opportunity to work with a cast of professional and community actors from across the UK on a fantastic piece of new writing from Daniel Abbott. 

“Little Boots” follows the reign of notorious Roman Emperor Caligula, his rise to power and descent into madness. It tells the familiar tale of the dangers of giving one person absolute power, as well as providing a more nuanced insight into the well-documented struggle that the emperor experienced with his mental health, and a more detailed exploration of the women of Ancient Rome. 

Daniel Abbott, who wrote the drama, said "It's been a pleasure watching this brilliant cast bring Little Boots to life, and I hope you enjoy it."
